1. Who we are
Seller Guide AI is operated by E.D. Next Enterprises LLC ("we"). Contact: privacy@sellerguideai.com.
2. What this service does with Amazon data
With a seller's explicit authorization through Amazon's Selling Partner API and Amazon Ads API, we retrieve business data about that seller's own account: orders and order items (without buyer names, addresses, phone numbers or email addresses), inventory, listings, fees, financial events, sales and traffic reports, brand analytics, and advertising performance. We do not request Amazon roles that expose buyer personally identifiable information, and we do not store buyer PII.
3. How we use it
To compute margin and operational metrics, to generate recommendations for the account owner, to execute actions the owner has approved, and to keep an audit record of proposals, approvals and actions. We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or use Amazon data to train machine-learning models.
4. AI processing
Bounded, aggregated business data (never buyer PII) may be sent to third-party large-language-model providers solely to generate explanations and diagnoses for the account owner, under agreements that prohibit training on that data.
5. Retention
Amazon business data is retained for no longer than 18 months from retrieval, or until the seller disconnects the account, whichever is earlier; audit logs are retained for at least 12 months as required by Amazon's Data Protection Policy. Credentials are deleted immediately when an account is disconnected.
6. Security
Credentials and data are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256 with managed keys); access is restricted, logged and reviewed; vulnerabilities are scanned and remediated on a defined schedule; security incidents affecting Amazon data are reported to Amazon within 24 hours.
7. Sub-processors
Cloud hosting and database providers, an email provider, payment processing (when billing launches), and LLM providers. A current list is available on request.
8. Your rights and how to disconnect
The account owner can revoke authorization at any time in Seller Central ("Manage Your Apps") and in the Amazon Ads console; on revocation we stop retrieving data and delete credentials. Requests about your data: privacy@sellerguideai.com.
9. Website data
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider may log requests (IP address, user agent) for security.
10. Changes
We will post changes here with a new effective date.
