Terms of Service
1. Who provides the service
Seller Guide AI (the "service") is provided by E.D. Next Enterprises LLC ("we", "us"). "You" or "the customer" means the person or business using the service.
2. Pilot status
The service is in a private pilot. Access is by invitation only. Features may change or be removed at any time, and we make no uptime or availability commitment during the pilot.
3. Your Amazon account
By connecting the service, you authorize us to access your Amazon seller and advertising accounts through Amazon's official APIs. You remain responsible for your Amazon accounts, for complying with Amazon's policies, and for the actions you approve.
4. Your approval comes first
We take no action on Amazon without your approval, or without a policy you have explicitly enabled that allows a specific kind of action.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate Amazon's policies, attempt to extract buyer personally identifiable information, or reverse engineer the service.
6. Intellectual property
The service, and the structure and format of its outputs, belong to us. Your data belongs to you.
7. Disclaimer
Recommendations are decision support; you make the decisions. We do not guarantee any business result. The service is provided "as is".
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. During the pilot no fees are charged, so this amount is zero.
9. Termination
Either party may end use of the service at any time. On termination we delete your credentials and your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
